Job description

MBA.Group is looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor you will implement, monitor and analyze our sales department performance and strategy and suggest solutions for improvement and optimization.You will make an ideal candidate if you are focused and driven, eager to learn, love to think outside the box, work hard and thrive in an ambiguous environment

Basic online marketing knowledge or experience would be an extra bonus. It is a very exciting position, since you are the face and the voice of the company when communicating to clients and closing deals.


Monthly salary starting from 2000 EUR + 6% per closed deal (based on experience level)- full time

8 hours working day is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn company's products and services offerings, features and pricing
  • Set up sales department KPIs
  • Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
  • Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Contact potential clients 
  • Work with marketing team to ensure collaboration
  • Monitor and report on KPIs regularly
  • Identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks
  • Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives
  • Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell
  • Monitor competition
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments

Job requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Advisor or similar role
  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with Linkedin 
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BS in Business or relevant field
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
