Job description

MBA.Group is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. You will make an ideal candidate if you are focused and driven, eager to learn, love to think outside the box, work hard and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Basic online marketing knowledge or experience would be an extra bonus. 

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is someone who knows their customer’s needs, wishes and dreams. S/he should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.

The Customer Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Customer Relationship Manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction.

Yearly salary starting from 42000 (based on experience level)- full time & remote

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Job requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • German language is required.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM platforms( Hubspot, Active Campaign)
  • A customer-oriented attitude.
